Points of view from female leadership

Dr. Mercè Boada took part yesterday in the session “Points of view from female leadership. Women who inspire” held in Torre Esteve, the headquarters of Esteve pharmaceutical company in Barcelona. The conference, organized by Correo Farmacéutico, Diario Médico and Yo Dona, with the support of Esteve, featured a round table of relevant women in the field of medicine, pharmacy, research and media in Spain.

The participants, all of them women professionals with inspiring trajectories, discussed their experiences in the first person about the influence and leadership of women in the health sector.

During the event, different aspects were analysed, such as the characteristics of female leadership, the difficulties added to the professional career of women or how to move towards a future with greater female influence.
