New recipe book "Cooking memory"

 

 

Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation, in collaboration with Alícia Foundation and Fundació ACE, will present a new recipe book on April 15th, designed to facilitate the self-management of the daily diet for people with cognitive impairment.

The recipe book, which is entitled "Cooking memory”, includes easy and quick recipes to prepare through a very intuitive course.

Dr. Mercè Boada, medical director at Fundació ACE, will take part in the presentation of the book with a conference on nutrition as a brain protection element, from a scientific point of view.

In addition, David Gil, chef of Alícia Foundation, will elaborate some of the recipes included in the recipe book and offer advice for its preparation.
