The representative of Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona participated in the session "Effectively managing patients through the system: post-acute care" in which she presented Ace's comprehensive care model and spoke about the AMBAR® procedure as a safe therapeutic strategy for people with mild and moderate Alzheimer's disease.

Under the title "Senior citizens as an asset in long-life societies: A multidisciplinary approach in research, diagnosis, flexible health & care services and developing innovative treatments", the conference focused on the challenges of long-lived societies and the value of senior citizens for society. Anna Riera focused on the importance of "an integrated strategy such as Ace's, which includes health and social care, research, education and safe therapeutic developments such as plasma exchanges with albumin, to meet these challenges".

Facememory's poster, finalist of the IHF World Hospital Congress

The scientific poster "From Face-to-Face to Home-to-Home neuropsychological evaluation: transforming healthcare services using digital technology, an innovative way to guarantee quality and accessibility to care" carried out by Ace and representing the research on which Facememory® is based, has been a finalist in this year's Best Poster Awards.

The research has been ranked among the best in the category "improvements in care delivery" for being a pioneering study in the application of an online tool to perform neuropsychological assessments of people with and without cognitive impairment from home. This recognition is very important because it gives greater scientific validity to Facememory® and its efficacy in the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.
