The rules for the 1st edition of the Lluís Tárraga Award have been published
Ace Alzheimer Center Barcelona has made public the rules of the first call for the Lluís Tárraga Award for the recognition of research work in the second year of A Level with content related to Alzheimer's disease.
The main objective of the award is to make Alzheimer's disease known among students, to recognize the merits of teachers and schools in the form of an award, and also to encourage students' interest in carrying out research work, promote this aspect outside of the school environment and encourage centres to promote research among their students.
To this end, the winner of the award will receive financial compensation of €1,000 and will have the opportunity to carry out a public event promoted by Ace with the aim of disseminating the work.
The rules for the Lluís Tárraga Award have been published on the Ace website and research works can be send through the foundation's channels.
The announcement of this first call for the Lluís Tárraga Award for second-year A Level students was announced within the framework of the closing ceremony of the XII edition of the Barcelona-Pittsburgh biennial conference, held in Barcelona between 1st and 3rd June 2022.
